With an international and long term successful career as a professsional dancer and Pilates expert I offer a comprehensive and grounded approach in intuitive guidance, pilates instruction, healing and body work.

As a Pilates Expert, spiritual medium and holistic practitioner I work closely with my clients and I am uniquely aware of the mind - body connection. My work is enhanced by my natural healing abilities and deep understanding of the human condition. Given my Ballet background I am highly attuned to body alignment and mechanics of movement.
